When and how do I get paid?
After you hand over the items and the shopper confirms receipt, your earnings are released to your wallet — usually the same day.
What am I allowed to carry?
Only light, legal, everyday items you’re comfortable with. We give clear guidance and never ask you to carry anything restricted.

How do I set my reward?
You place an offer with your reward, the expected delivery, and a meeting point. The shopper accepts the offer that suits them.
Do I pay for the item myself?
You purchase the item, then get reimbursed for its cost along with your reward once the shopper confirms delivery.
What if I can’t complete a trip?
Let us know as early as you can. We’ll reassign the order to another traveler so the shopper isn’t left waiting.
How do I get my earnings out?
Your earnings collect in your in-app wallet. Request a payout anytime and we transfer it to you.
