How is the final price calculated?
The price includes the product cost, the traveler's earnings, and Amanah's fee. You see it in full in JD before you confirm — no surprises.
What if my order doesn't arrive?
Your money stays with Amanah and is only released to the traveler after you confirm handover. If something goes wrong, support steps in and you're refunded.
Which countries can I order from?
We start with the USA and Canada, where we have the largest community of travelers coming to Jordan. More destinations are coming soon.
How do I become a verified traveler?
Download the app, add your trip, and complete identity verification. Then you can accept orders that suit you and start earning.

Yes. Amanah is Arabic-first and fully supports English, with an experience designed for right-to-left reading.

It depends on when a traveler on your route is flying — usually one to two weeks. You see the estimated arrival before you pay.

Travelers typically earn JD 120–280 per trip, depending on how many items they carry and their value.
Can I both order and travel from one account?
Yes. The same account lets you shop as a buyer and earn as a traveler, whenever it suits you.
